Customer service and sales are not just my profession, which I have been practicing daily for over 20 years, but also my passion and enthusiasm, bringing me immense energy and joy.

I have gained my practical experience by managing customer service and sales at some of the largest financial, telecommunications, and environmental service companies in Latvia.

Since 2004, I have been regularly conducting training sessions on customer service, sales, and team management. I am a certified MBTI trainer, the world's No. 1 psychometric tool.

I have supported organizations such as Sigulda Municipality, SIA Dardedze Hologrāfija, TNT Latvia, Latvijas Pasts, Elva Baltic, the State Revenue Service, Latvijas Amerikas Acu Centrs, Latvenergo, Swedbank, Joker LTD, Cobalt, Coffee Address, Gastro Center, and many others by preparing and leading training programs and improving customer service processes.
